Well what if we told you, you can have access to your own semi-private workspace, gym, and rest & recovery room to escape the constant onslaught of noise, distractions, kids, drama, traffic, and the overall mundane feeling of the daily grind? Well now you can, and you should. You’ve poured so much of your time and energy into everything and everyone else. Now it’s your time. You deserve it. Why? Because if you keep doing what you’ve always done it’s only going to lead to more stress, more weight gain, more aches & pains, poorer diet, lower energy and an overall lack of proper time management. We don’t know about you (actually we probably do), but that sounds awful to us!

Listen, you weren’t meant to live a stagnant, ordinary life. But the truth is, most of life can be very routine. We have to work to keep things fresh. We have to put forth effort to stay passionate about life. You see, everything about Platt-Form and the Co-Fit way of life is built on the bible verse Luke 2:52, which states “Jesus grew in wisdom and in stature, and in favor with God and all the people.” Helping people like you grow in these four major areas of life is our mission. To help you become Completely Fit and truly live the Co-Fit Lifestyle.

Additionally, we’ve adopted two concepts that help us focus our attention in these four major areas. The first is the Japanese concept of Kaizen, which simply translates to “Good Change”, but the primary way of applying and living out Kaizen is through “a commitment to constant, continual improvement”. We are committed to constant, continual improvement mentally, physically, spiritually, and socially.

Next is the Pomodoro Technique. The Pomodoro Technique uses time blocks, typically 25 minutes, to help you focus your attention on one task at a time with absolutely no distractions, just 100% focus on the task at hand and then a 5 minute break after each 25 minute time block. We use this technique to be more efficient with our time, helping us get more of the important stuff done (ie. the four major areas). Quality is the focus, not quantity. For example, one could set their day up like this:

  • 30 min. small group training class
  • Short Break
  • 30 min. small group meditation class
  • Short Break
  • 30 min. of focused work, planning, learning, etc.

 *All while building relationships (ie. social) in each small group

Many people can spend up to 90 minutes in the gym just for fitness training. Imagine spending the same amount time, but checking off up to 4 major “boxes” instead of just one.

Massage Therapy


Deep tissue Massage Therapy is an important addition to any training program. It enhances efficiency of movement and provides greater range of motion at the joints, improves posture and joint alignment and minimizes risk of injury.



Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique, such as focusing (or not focusing) their mind on a particular object, thought or activity, to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state, reduce stress, anxiety and depression, while increasing peace and well-being.



Yoga is a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and relaxation. There are more than 100 different forms of yoga. Some are fast-paced and intense. Others are gentle and relaxing.

Personal and Small Group Training are the foundation of our services. While personal training is more hands-on and customized, the small group training program is our best value. Unlike most group programs, we keep our groups small (an average of 3-6 clients) so that our instructors can design the workout for each individual’s needs.

Platt-Form’s event / work space is designed for small workshops and meetings and can also be used as a POP-UP space for those that sell health & wellness products, authors of books, or coaches of concepts that are wrapped around Platt-Form’s ethos of operation.

For freelancers, we provide an enriching environment outfitted with ergonomic furniture, such as motorized stand-up desks and ergo stools. In addition, we provide the resources and support you need to be successful, including: Wi-Fi, 50” flat screen, dry erase boards, locker rooms, a full library, a “mini” kitchen, commercial printer, coffee, and plenty of parking.
