It’s possible. It’s actually more than possible. But it takes a lot of work, the right work. Building the right habits and routine that work for you. 

Student-Athlete:

An individual who engages in, is eligible to engage in, or may be eligible in the future to engage in, any interscholastic or intercollegiate sport.

What does it mean to be a student-athlete? Does it define who you are? What does success as one look like?

Being a student can be overwhelming, especially in college. Being an athlete can be extremely rewarding while also being demanding. Being both a student and an athlete at the same time can feel like you’re being pulled in a thousand directions at once and make you feel like you can’t fully succeed at either without sacrificing the other.

But you can. Through pain, passion and purpose, you can find a way through and not only be successful at your sport and as a student, but have a life as well.

Success requires attention and focus on all parts of your life, not just one specific area. To be a successful student-athlete, you need to be a successful person. Taking care of and training ALL of YOU is absolutely key to high-level success that is sustainable.

Knowing what your goals are isn’t enough, you have to understand why you want to achieve them and how badly you want that. Your mind, body, and spirit have to be aligned and working together.

That’s where our all-new Student-Athlete Success program comes in, featuring our exclusive 4M system. The daily routine of high performing student-athletes.

This program and our coaching will give you the tools you need to condition ALL of you to be successful in every area of your life. You’ll feel energized and motivated rather than pulled in a thousand different directions, you’ll know exactly where you’re going and how to focus on just that.

A clear direction and focus will enable you to make the most of ALL of your time so you’ll be able to have a life, keep your stress down while also being a world-class student and athlete.

Student Athlete Success (S.A.S.) is offered as a 3, 6, 9, or 12-month program.

We believe in committing to real, lasting behavior change and the only way to do so is through consistency. That’s why each segment is a commitment to 12 weeks of personal growth, delivered on 2 sessions each week. The focus is on building powerful habits that will change your life.

The old adage of 21 days to build a habit no longer stands. The actual number is an average of 66 days to build a new habit. Just over 2 months. However, that’s the average. The real number depends on the complexity of the habit, so we added another two weeks to our program for safe measure and because it breaks down nicely with the 3-month quarters of each year. 

To get started, choose what type of member you are: Team, Group or (Individual) Athlete


By Team: (This is our Pay Per Team Option)

  • When choosing this option, we come to your school and coach your entire team. In this setting each student-athlete, regardless of team size, is $600 per 12-week cycle, $200/month, or $25/session.
  • Simply choose a 3, 6, or 9-month program for this option.

By Athlete [Small Group]: (This is our Pay Per Athlete Option)

  • When choosing this option, sessions will be held at Platt-Form. In this setting each athlete is $750 per 12-week cycle, $250/month, or $31.25/session.
  • Each small group will NOT EXCEED more 8 athletes per session.
  • Simply choose a 3, 6, or 9-month program for this option.

By Athlete [Private Coaching]

  • When choosing this option, sessions will be held at Platt-Form or at the client’s choice of location within 10 miles of Platt-Form. These sessions can also be conducted virtually if need be.
  • In this setting, each (privately coached) athlete is $2,400 per 12-week cycle, $800/month, or $100/session.
  • Simply choose a 3, 6, or 9-month program for this option.
